Human–AI Interaction Lab (HAI Lab) is an independent UX lab. It documents deceptive patterns and usability issues in AI products used in Arabic and English, and turns each one into practical design guidance.

Workshops and design reviews only. Never for a company we’re writing about, and always listed publicly.
Ads
Not allowed.
